 Objective: This animal study was designed investigate effect Co Q10 as antifibrotic agents against pulmonary focusing on selected markers involved fibrosis.
 Materials Method: 48 rats divided randomly into four groups, each consisting 12 male rats. Group I: (Control group), this group received single injection 0.2 ml saline via intratracheal route. II: (The BLM (8.3 U/kg) dose rout. III: (BLM+CoQ10 group) receive sulfate salt dissolved 0.1 instillation concomitant 100 mg/kg co Q 10 per day orally 5 days before after injection.
